If due to the Coronavirus you get locked out of your workplace and cannot work from home or an alternative location, ProObject employees will be paid for up to 14 days.
ProObject’s culture is one of continual employee investment—we know that happy employees are engaged employees. To maintain that high level of company-wide satisfaction, we offer comprehensive benefits, encourage professional and personal development, organize company outings, and participate in community outreach programs.
We encourage our employees to participate in—and even assemble their own—local working groups as a way to further and share their subject matter expertise, as well as to increase their networking opportunities with other engineers and developers.
These are the working groups ProObject currently supports:
We don’t just invest in our employees at ProObject—we also invest in our community. We offer matching, dollar-for-dollar charitable contributions up to a specified cap, supporting the causes our employees hold near and dear.
ProObject also sponsors and participates in multiple events in the surrounding communities, including events managed by the First Lego League, the Armed Forces Communications and Electronics Association (AFCEA), the Chesapeake Regional Technology Council (CRTC), and the Fort Meade Alliance.
We also understand that health, fitness, and personal well-being are important to our employees, which is why we’ll cover the cost of your entry fees for events like triathlons and cycling and/or running races and why we also have free gym memberships at the Hanover location of the Merritt Athletic Club.
