The Contracts Administrator handles a wide range of tasks in support of ProObject’s Prime and Sub contracts. Work within ProObject established processes and systems to provide contract/subcontract administration support in all areas, including:
–Negotiate Nondisclosure Agreements (NDAs)
–Negotiate Teaming Agreements (TAs)
–Prime/Sub contract awards
–Prime/Sub contract administration
–Prime/Sub contract closeouts
Must demonstrate ability to work independently with little or no supervision. This person must be exceedingly accurate and able to work in a fast paced small business environment. This role requires a person who is well organized, flexible and enjoys the challenges of supporting multiple programs and clients.
Must have experience with Government Contract Types including FFP-LOE, T&M, Fixed Price and Cost Plus. Candidate must demonstrate a strong working knowledge of the FAR and DFAR supplements.
Experience with Contracts Administration of Department of Defense/Intelligence Community and GSA IT Schedule 70 contracts is desired.
The Contracts Administrator must demonstrate an ability to provide close coordination with various internal departments, including Accounting & Finance, Security, Recruiting and the business Practice Leaders. In addition, the Contracts Administrator must interact well with her/his external counterparts at other Partner and Government contracts organizations.
This requires excellent interpersonal skills and the ability to represent ProObject in a positive manner. Expert level written and verbal communication skills, strong decision making ability, timeliness and attention to detail are equally important.
