Front Desk Receptionist

Hours: 7:30 to 5:00

Pay: $13.00/hour


  • Maintain Reception area
  • Answer phones and respond to inquiries
  • Retrieve and disseminate mail
  • Maintain order in kitchen, copy room and conference rooms
  • Make coffee
  • Collect information (meetings, timesheets, RSVPs, etc.)
  • Schedule Conference Room(s)
  • Greet guests
  • Shredding
  • Perform other related duties as assigned


  • Demonstrated ability to organize, prioritize, and manage multiple tasks
  • Strong computer and writing skills – Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Power Point and Outlook)
  • Strong interpersonal and professional skills
  • Strong verbal and listening communication skills
  • Attention to detail and high level of accuracy
